Initial enquiries are usually made by phone. The Receptionist will explain the counselling service to you, and will take some details, which will include your name and address, and the surgery you are registered with. You will also be asked whether or not you are willing for us to send information about BCCS to your contact details, and whether you have a disability we need to be aware of. Our Accessibility Strategy is available on request.
All counselling appointments are weekly, at the same time and day each week and counselling can continue for up to a year if required.
